VanRuby: AI Lane: How I moved from coding to orchestrating software conveyor belts

A Jira ticket goes in, a reviewed PR comes out. Are we all doomed? In this talk I'll take you through how I built OPEN Regenerative Technologies’ AI Lane, what broke along the way, and how designing the machine that ships the features scratched every engineering itch that coding used to. Speaker Guillaume has been writing software for almost 2 decades all around the world. He loves a good technical or human challenge (or both at once), and brings a no-nonsense, candid attitude to the table. Guillaume takes pride in pragmatic technical advocacy when working with cross-functional stakeholders.
