About

2026 was the year everything shifted. But a year of rapid change also brings hard questions. How do we architect systems that leverage AI without becoming dependent on it? What did we learn about testing, reliability, and maintainability when iteration cycles compress? How do we hire and structure engineering teams when the nature of the work itself is changing? At Raycast, Linear, and Mistral, we’ve been shipping products that would have been impossible a year ago. We’ve rethought our infrastructure. We’ve experimented with new workflows. We’ve hit unexpected walls and learned from them. And we’re still learning. It’s a conversation between engineers about what we’ve actually discovered: the architectural decisions that worked, the ones that didn’t, and the gaps we’re still trying to fill. More importantly, it’s about what we’re building toward in 2027. We’re still figuring it out. And we want to figure it out together. Speakers Thomas Paul Mann, CEO and Co-founder @ Raycast Tuomas Artman, CTO and Co-founder @ Linear Théo Carrive, VP Engineering @ Mistral Moderated by Tanguy Le Stradic, CPO @ Evy Agenda Doors open at 6pm Conversation starts promptly at 6:30pm
