Capturing Business Opportunities in the GBA under the National 15th Five-Year Plan In the opening year of the National 15th Five-Year Plan, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government has formulated the inaugural Hong Kong's Five-Year Plan to proactively align with national development strategies and better integrate into and serve the overall national development. The Hong Kong's First Five-Year Plan clearly states that Hong Kong will continue to take forward I&T cooperation and industry chain development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA). Coupled with the acceleration of global expansion by Chinese Mainland enterprises and advancement of innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence (Al), the overall industrial chains, supply chains and business models are undergoing a major transformation, presenting enterprises in Hong Kong and other GBA cities with unprecedented opportunities for collaboration and upgrading.
